自1981年以来，东南技术学院一直通过高等认证 伊利诺斯州芝加哥市北拉萨尔街30号2400室学习委员会，邮编60602-2504; 312-263-0456.

2006年12月，东南理工学院正式被高等学校录取 委员会(HLC)学术质量改进计划(AQIP)认证途径.

HLC在2018年夏季停止了AQIP途径，东南理工学院转移到 Open Pathway. 开放途径是一个已经获得认可的机构 在良好的认可地位可以保持认可通过一系列活动 over a 10 year period. The pathway is focused on quality assurance and institutional improvement. The pathway requires the institute to follow a specific accreditation cycle:

Accreditation Disclosure

牙科协助国家委员会(DANB)已授权东南技术学院的毕业生 College's Dental Assisting program to earn credentialing through DANB’s Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification program. Graduates from Southeast Tech’s Dental Assisting program will be eligible to complete the CDA certification.
